• How much does shipping cost me?

  To Germany, shipping of your decal costs 2 Euro. To the rest of the world, it costs 4 Euro. For more information, check out our shipping section.

• How can I pay my decal?

  We have a paypal payment solution. But this does not mean that you need to be registered with Paypal. You can pay either via Paypal. Or via the guest check out by credit card or whatever means suits you. That is especially easy for you. And it has the advantage that Paypal safely processes your data and ensures the process.

• Where does the sticker come from and what is it made of?

  Your decal for your MacBook or iPad is handmade. We produced it ourselves from High Quality Orafol Vinyl. The designs come from design and fine arts students from Germany and other countries. Find out more in our designer section.

• Once on my MacBook or iPad, what is the sticker’s durability?

  The sticker’s durability is approximately three years.

• And how do I apply the sticker to my MacBook or iPad?

  We will send you instructions with your decal. And you can also read them online on this page.

• I have ordered a sticker from you, but now I do not like it anymore. What can I do?

  Should you not like the sticker we sent you, you can send it back via mail. Usually, we take over the costs for this. Just contact us at info@idiffer.com

• Can I take the decal off without any residue resting on my MacBook or iPad?

  Yes! The warmer the sticker the easier it can be removed from the device. For instance, you can take a hairdryer and slowly heat it up. Afterwards you can take it off very easily in one peace. As a last step you should wipe over it with a wet cloth. Nothing will happen to your precious MacBook or Ipad!
